Training Catalogue
MQA-accredited mining training, delivered on your site.
DMR blasting certificates, MQA skills programmes, strata control and rock engineering, operator training and Chamber of Mines certificates — trained and assessed by registered practitioners.
Training Methodology
World-class standards, proven on the job.
In setting and maintaining world-class standards, the methods of training required to obtain these qualifications are far more onerous than those required by the old government certificates.
Working towards the QCTO system, the knowledge component is provided in the form of short courses with written assignments, together with logbooks that record and confirm on-the-job practical training, mini-projects and specified work experience — all required before assessment by registered assessors.
Line management is encouraged to take an active part in developing skills within their workforce through coaching, mentoring and supervision. Strict quality assurance processes are applied to every intervention.
